Customer Service and Return Policy 

At Sismic Australia, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Below, you’ll find our return policy.

Change of Mind Returns 
- We accept returns for change of mind within 14days of receiving your order.  
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be:  
  - Unused and unopened.  
  - In its original condition and packaging.  
  - Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).  
- Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.  

Faulty or Damaged Products  
- If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.  
- For faulty or damaged items:  
  - We will arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you.  
  - Sismic Australia will cover the cost of return shipping in these cases.  

 

Non-Returnable Items
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:  
  - Opened skincare products.  
  - Used eyelashes or cosmetics.  
  - Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).  

 

 

How to Initiate a Return  
To start a return process, follow these steps:  
1. Email us at online@sismic.com.au with 
   - Your order number.  
   - A description of the issue.  
   - Photos of the product (if applicable).  
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions


Refund Process 
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
